casco provided interlocking, train control, monitoring and temporary speed restriction server for the entire line. it is also casco’s first national railway integration project in the true sense which was fully implemented in accordance with the national railway integration standards after casco completed the integration pilot of train control of yunnan-guizhou railway.
casco has built a total of 37 new systems for the project, including 13 lkd2-ka train control center systems, 9 ilock computer interlocking systems, 12 csm-ka centralized signaling monitoring systems, 2 tsrs-ka temporary speed restriction servers and 1 safety data network; reformed 9 systems, including 5 ilock systems, 2 lkd2-ka systems and 2 tsrs-ka systems. it has provided strong support for the smooth opening and safe operation of kunming-guangtong-dali intercity railway.
as a national first-class double-track railway, the operation of kunming-guangtong-dali intercity railway has opened up the east-west corridor in yunnan province, which is of great significance for promoting the development of economic resources and tourism in western yunnan. meanwhile, as an important part of pan-asia railway west line and yunnan-tibet railway, its eastern end can connect the whole country, and the west end can be connected to the existing dali-ruili, dali-lincang, and dali-lijiang railways, thus forming a unique “internally and externally connected” transportation network. it will further promote the cooperation and exchange between yunnan and asean countries, build an economic cooperation zone between yunnan and southeast asia and south asia, and share the benefits of the belt and road initiative.
